Ginger Snaps

Mix the ginger powder, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.
Optionally add some ground clove, anise seeds and/or chili powder to taste. -
Add flour and sugar

After mixing all the dry ingredients together, add 150g of oil and/or butter and 1 egg. Oil makes it more crispy, butter makes it softer.

Roll to 0.5 cm thick and punch out round cookies with a glass or cookie cutter.
I fit about 20 cookies on a tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 15 min. Cool down on a rack.
