Crunchy sesame oat cookies with sunflower seed and raisin
Delicious and nutritious crispy oat cookies.
This recipe will get around 40 thins cookies. (7 cm diameter per cookie)
4 trays baking.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.

In a stand mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.

Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until fully combined.

Slowly add oat, white and black sesame, sunflower seeds and raisins.

Roll it out to thin layer evenly on the parchment paper. (You can now create cut-out shapes using a cookie cutter or make lines with the back of a knife.)

Put it on the top level in the oven and bake it at 180°C at for 8 mins or until golden brown. (be careful when you roll it very thin, you should check the oven after 5 minutes)
