Crunchy sesame oat cookies with sunflower seed and raisin
Delicious and nutritious crispy oat cookies.
This recipe will get around 40 thins cookies. (7 cm diameter per cookie)
4 trays baking.

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
- In a stand mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until fully combined.
- Slowly add oat, white and black sesame, sunflower seeds and raisins.
Roll it out to thin layer evenly on the parchment paper. (You can now create cut-out shapes using a cookie cutter or make lines with the back of a knife.)
Put it on the top level in the oven and bake it at 180°C at for 8 mins or until golden brown. (be careful when you roll it very thin, you should check the oven after 5 minutes)
