Oat cookies

Good with a glass of milk, or even crumbled into a bowl of milk.

  1. Mix the ingredients together to a sticky dough, then add the raisins and/or nuts to taste.

  2. Scoop a spoon of dough onto a baking sheet and press into a cookie form, or use a waffle iron to put some dough and press into 0.5cm thick cookie.

  3. Bake at 160c for about 15 minutes in an oven or 4 minutes on a waffle iron. Even frying in a pan will work 3 minutes for each side.
