My moms tiramisu recipe. Easy to make and always delicious.

  1. Whip the whole eggs to a foamy consistency

    Either do this "au bain-marie" making sure the eggs don't cook, or if you have an sous-vide or instapot first sterilize the eggs in their shell at exactly 57c for 75 minutes

  2. Whip the whipping cream with the sugar

  3. Stir the mascarpone to a mooth consistency and then fold that into the whipping cream

  4. Fold the eggs into the mascarpone and whipping cream mix

  5. Add the almond liqueur to the strong coffee / espresso

  6. Quickly dip the cookies completely into the coffee liqueur mixture and then form a laywer of cookies at the bottom of your lasanga dish

  7. Spread a layer of mascarpone/cream/egg mixture over the cookies

  8. Repeat the last two steps to make another layer

  9. Finally use a sieve to spread the cacao on top

  10. Rest in the fridge for minimum of 3 hours
