Whip the while eggs to a foamy consistency
Either do this "au bain-marie" making sure the eggs don't cook, or if you have an sous-vide or instapot first sterilize the eggs at exactly 57c for 75 minutes

Whip the whipping cream with the sugar
Stir the mascarpone to a mooth consistency and then mix that into the whipping cream
Fold the eggs into the mascarpone and whipping cream mix
Add the almond liqueur and the to the strong coffee / espresso

Put one layer of laydifingers in your lasagna or cake-form, sugar side down, and sprinkle the coffee almond liqeur mixture over it
You want to cover the whole cookie, but not drench it, the cookie should still be a little crispy.
