Whip the whole eggs to a foamy consistency
Either do this "au bain-marie" making sure the eggs don't cook, or if you have an sous-vide or instapot first sterilize the eggs in their shell at exactly 57c for 75 minutes

Whip the whipping cream with the sugar

Stir the mascarpone to a mooth consistency and then fold that into the whipping cream

Fold the eggs into the mascarpone and whipping cream mix

Add the almond liqueur to the strong coffee / espresso

Quickly dip the cookies completely into the coffee liqueur mixture and then form a laywer of cookies at the bottom of your lasanga dish

Spread a layer of mascarpone/cream/egg mixture over the cookies

Repeat the last two steps to make another layer

Finally use a sieve to spread the cacao on top

Rest in the fridge for minimum of 3 hours
